Interior Engineering is involved with many aspects of HVAC
Mechanical Engineering. This work is generally associated with system
design and implementation for commercial fitouts, warehouses, office
towers and retail centres. The air conditioning and ventilation systems are a critical aspect of any occupied space and our designers take particular pride in their designs and aim to enhance the designs of the architectural features and make the working environment more appealing. Maintenance and installation reporting is also a major area within our mechanical services department. Interior Engineering are involved with many aspects of the Sanitary Plumbing and Life Safety Systems. Our designers of Hydraulic Services incorporate innovation designs for water conservation and environmental treatment systems. Water is a precious resource and as such our designs are unique for each project. On going overheads can be reduced by providing water saving devices to the sanitary tapware which in turn reduces the amount of effluent being discharged into the council reticulation system. At Interior Engineering we undertake responsibility of the design and co-ordination of the Hydraulic and Building Services from the initial project inception through the various stages of feasibility studies, brief, design documentation, production of contract documentation, specification and liaison with the authorities i.e. Trade Waste, Plumbing, Fire Authority, AQIS and EPA.
